  开瓶时分，绵柔高级的奶香混合着檀木香，密度十足，包裹着黑莓和类似黑醋栗的黑果，淡淡的紫罗兰被围绕在玫瑰丛中，红得发紫，带着一点点香料，浓烈而又是那么优雅而悱恻，慢慢地敲开你的心扉。入口时分，不禁感叹其美妙的酸度，温柔缠绵着你的口腔（此时上颚还略逊），整体结构中，单宁不少，极为丝滑，纵深十足，香味深入喉间，似乎要直抵心间，高贵而魅惑的花果香之中脉动着丰富的情绪，一席红裙舞动，樱桃、玫瑰、黑果、檀木和一点丁香，令你忘记什么大结构，什么骨架，它就是感性的，雅致的，化入灵魂的。收尾极长，香气在口中久久停留（30秒以上），潺潺的生津感从喉中冒出。
  
  醒酒器十分钟，香气中樱桃、树莓红果就开始出来，玫瑰盛放之后，定格在行将零落时分，有些黯然和令人动容，背景中有结实的红木和奶香。口感紧实中带有令人感慨的轻盈，要是好年份的Roumier Les Amoureuses，大概能完全做到轻重相济吧。我们在此享受它令人心醉的温柔和深邃，感受它从舌尖绵延直抵心间的能量。喝完酒的杯底中还有檀木和红枣香气。
  
  将近一个小时（尤其是醒酒器中的），香气变得妖艳起来，红花和红果变得野性起来，仿佛情欲冲击着鼻腔，跃动着的探戈——Por Una Cabeza，曼妙的身段。而瓶醒的则更具冰片和薄荷醇带来的贯通感。口感中的酸度慢慢到达高峰，全方位地同单宁一道，似轻纱绸缎饶舌，除了曼妙已然词穷。
  
  一个半小时时，花香展现出即将零落的美。两个小时后，嗅觉中被密度极高的玫瑰所占据，红的、深红的、紫的、乃至白的，不一而足，如此的感性，如此牵人情丝。之后的时间里，口感一直保持着。而香气则似乎每次闻都在细微地发生变化，时而多一点红枣，偶尔点缀一丝黑果，间或出现一颗枸杞……让你心甘情愿将一个晚上都给予它。98/100

  This has a light and precise elegance that is just intriguing. Mineral hints, red fruit, a little stems on the nose. And a deep and long intensity. Super fine tannins. Wow.

  A nice find on a restaurant wine list at sub 400 euros... the wine was opened an hour before consumption. It was markedly fine boned and soft (much softer than I expected given vintage), a bit of creaminess and good mineral cut and fragrant aromatics of rosewater and rose petals intermixed with blue fruit. A really good red Burg. I seem to have concluded though that while Roumier is splendid it doesn’t “wow” me like other great Domaines do (CLB, DRC, Rousseau). So while it’s a high score I will risk being called a philistine and say it out loud... I couldn’t justify paying secondary market prices for this cuvee (and most other Cuvees chez Roumier).
