  Beautifully aged Cava, very autolytic with brioche like aromas and flavours taking the spotlight. Made from a blend of 65% Xarel-lo & 35% Macabeo, aged for 7 years, less than 3 g/l of RS. Medium golden. Intense aroma, rich autolytic notes, brioche, herbs, pears, peaches, almonds, hints of wild flowers and vanilla. Medium body, vibrant and vinous with seamless extra fine mousse, silky structure, high well pronounced and appreciated acidity. Herbal & dried stone fruit flavours, pastry & brioche notes. Very long.

  <Espumosos del Mundo nº 8> Amarillo dorado. Perfil maduro, toques de galletas Maria, algo de bollería fina, fruta blanca compotada... En boca tiene buen ataque, el carbónico es intenso pero bien integrado dando una notable sensación cremosa, la acidez muy buena, es largo, con abundante sensación de fruta y buena persistencia.

  Clear and bright, pale lemon colour with small bubbles. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium+ intensity aromas of simple green fruit like green apple, pear, bread and hints of green pineapple. It's dry in the mouth with a medium+ refreshing acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, creamy mousse and medium+ intensity flavours of pear, green apple, bread and green pineapple. Medium+ finish. It's a very good quality wine with a nice concentration, a quite decent finish and a good balance between body and acidity, however it could have more complexity. Drink now, but it has enough acidity and concentration to develop tertiary aromas in 3-5 years.
