  • Ensamblaje de xarel·lo y macabeo. ¡93 meses de crianza en rima! Consta la fecha del degüelle: 11/2021. Pajizo don destellos dorados. Nariz intensa y seductora, con atractivo aire maduro, algo de bollería y pan tostado, matices de fruta blanca madura, monte bajo mediterráneo, frutos secos, masa de pan. En boca tiene buen ataque, burbuja pequeña, buena acidez, cierta sensación golosa de la fruta, largo y con muy buena presencia.

  • Disgorged in July 2021 after 89 months on the lees, with zero dosage. Light straw-golden colour. Red apple, citrus, fennel, biscuit, yeast, and smoke, with medium-level acidity and great persistence. Medium body. The mousse is comprised of ultra-fine bubbles and very smooth. Harmonious and very long. A great sparkling wine! Drink or hold.

  • An interesting flavor combination of both Champagne (tart green apple, lemon, blossom, bread crust) and the damp-forest-rock and a pronounced yeastiness I get in a lot of Cavas / Corpinnats. Well-made, and QPR isn't high enough for a repeat purchase.

  • By the glass. I don’t know how many bottles they make each year, but I’m sure it’s aged for over five years "in rima" to soften this cava. Finally acidity is filtered in its mineral aspect and lees confer structure and a serious density. On the nose appear notes of apricot, toasted and some balsamic. Right now a fully gastronomic sparkling wine. That term of Corpinnat refers to a wine made in the historic zone of Penedés.

    Por copas. No sé cuántas botellas elaboran cada año pero de lo que estoy seguro es de su crianza superior a cinco años en rima para suavizar el cava. Finalmente la acidez se filtra en su aspecto mineral y las lías confieren estructura y una sería densidad. En nariz aparecen las notas de albaricoque, de tostados y de alguna balsámica. Ahora mismo un espumoso plenamente gastronómico.
