  This wine needs to be 10-12+ before you really get why you paid more for it. That said, this is exactly what you expect if a young tres lustros with loads of toasted brioche and a bit of membrillo on the nose Rich and full on the palate despite being brut nature, this is already welcoming and giving, especially with some pulpo a la gallega! More membrillo and lime zest 93+.
