  Light garnet in color, about the same color as red Sancerre. Strawberry and flowers on the nose, with a hint of coffee. Light-bodied, relatively low (but balanced) acidity and no discernible tannins, sweet red fruit, with just the slightest hint of bitterness on the finish, this is just delightful for summer drinking, and an excellent alternative to rose for those who prefer their roses closer to red than to white. Best served slightly chilled. Excellent value.
