  • See my note from Dec 9, 2021. This wine have not changed a bit. Decanted for 1 hour, drank over 1.5/2 hr. It put in the slightest of weight by the last glass.

  • The wine have opened up a bit over the last 1.5 years. Sweeter and richer nose, a wonderful nose after an hour. Drinking softer although still on the red fruit and berry side, getting a ton of crushed ripe raspberries on the finish. Very precise and clean. Hint of violets on the nose. It drinks very young but without tannin or oak. Leaner and precise, a well made wine. I think this is just opening up for business and no rush to drink….. day two update, drank slightly better, smother bit almost the same…. Had a glass left over for day three… in a half bottle vacu pumped… not so good, fell apart.

  • Very reflective of the cold year. Crisp clean much red bright berries and fruits. Light on body but rich in the fruits and berry department. A very nice summer evening food wine. Had it with grilled chicken , salmon and veggies. Did not change much over 2-3 hours. It kind of felt like at moments it wanted to break through and open up .... but couldn’t. Decant or hold for a couple of years.
