  Popped and poured, consumed over about 3 hours. Light garnet colour, with a faint orange hue on the rim. On the nose lots of strawerry, some cassis liqueur, a little rosewater, all very ripe. On the palate a spike of acidity, some dark berries, earth, a little spice. Not very long, quite fleeting actually. Would rate higher if not for the extreme acidity. It puts it off balance somehow.
