Faint apple on the nose, unctious on the front palate, lemon peel with mineral on the midpalate, crescendoing to a strong, acidiic finish. Paired nicely with a lemon/garlic shrimp linguine

Another demonstration of how the Timorasso grape from Piedmont in Italy deserves to be ranked among the best white wine grapes. Enticing and richly perfumed. Strong, delicious, and refreshing mouth watering acidity. Citrus fruit flavors, especially lemon lime, almost like Riesling. Very palette cleansing, capable of removing any red wine as well as strong and highly fatty meats, including duck. A richly caressing mouth feel that is lushly textured. And finally, superb concentration.

Not bad. Drank over 3 days. First night had one glass. Was a bit restrained. Sort of a glossy Viognier feel. Floral. 2nd and 3rd day opened up more and was better.

Shows elegance, precision, and fine density. Nice representation of a rarely seen grape.

Nicely balanced fruit (apple and pear?) and minerality. A nice counter to a Chardonnay on a spring day.
