Appearance: Bright and clear, the wine is of light lemon-green colour, with wide watery rim and legs. Nose: Clean, with medium (+) intensity aromas of citrus fruit of lemon, green fruit of pear, floral notes of acacia and blossom, mineral notes of stony and brine, sweet spice of cinnamon, maturity notes of honey. The wine is youthful. Palate: Dry with high acidity, the wine has medium alcohol and medium (-) body, with medium (+) flavours of citrus fruit of lime, floral notes of hawthorn, mineral notes of stony, green fruit of green apple, sweet spice of cinnamon. The wine has a medium finish. Conclusion: Very good quality Chablis with good intense nose showing great complexity, the wine is still young but showing a lot of promise, with a strong vibrant palate of finesse, well-structured and demonstrating good concentration in flavours, with also a fair length on the finish. It is ready to drink now though can benefit from further ageing of another 3-5 years.

A bit muted, youthful nose that right now lacks a bit of complexity but still shows great concentration to the aromas. Assorted apples, green pear, baked lemon, fresh herbs, wax, gravel dust and creamy lees.
Medium bodied with high acidity. Rather rich and creamy mouthfeel with great intensity to the flavors. Again assorted apples, unripe stone fruit, creamy lees, wax and gravel dust. Long, intensive finish.
Very tasty today but still needs another 5 years to develop more complexity.
