  Fully ready to drink. Moderate to low acidity, medium weight -- it doesn't have the edge that I look for in Chablis, but it is nonetheless a very satisfying white Burgundy.

  I don't usually care much about the color of the wine, but it is worth noting that this is a luminous green-gold, so even if you don't like chablis, you could pour it into glasses and enjoy it as a table decoration. The wine is quite weighty, with a nice level of acidity, and a predominantly herbal profile. Ready to drink, though with a long life ahead of it. This is a notable bargain at $25-30.
