  A soulful and rustic rendition. Not the prettiest or most elegant. The nose is a little dirty - earth and leather and some mustiness that made me think of the black mold of LdH's Haro cellars. But the palate was lively and full of sweet dark cherries, mellow wood tones, and mouth-watering acids.
