  Clear, bright youthful, with that typical Nebbiolo orangy hue. Nose: Closed at first, then evolved some nice varietal character of earth, flowers, fruit, with some oak in the foreground. Palate: tannins are high but smooth, alcohol is high but not obtrusive, very sharp acidity, but a long finish that is soft and powdery. Great body and complexity, with a long life ahead of it.
