Crisp and lively, with an almost effervescent mouthfeel, and a flinty after. Solid fruit profile including grapefruit and green apple, with lemongrass. Reminiscent of a sauvignon blanc, but also with softer tropical fruit notes. Well structured and balanced. Excellent with broth based soups, fish and chicken dishes.

Honeyed pear and peach, flowers. Juicy nose, solid viscous body, short finish that reveals a slate minerality.
This seems peaked. Round, not crisp. A bit more open and floral on day two, no significant additional depth.

Loved this Viogneir, beautiful aromas, totally viscous mouthfeel, fresh honey on the pallet, balanced, drinking like aces!
