Still fresh but with a middle golden colour. I like the 2004 vintage but in this case a Little bit too aged. Nicely balanced with lime dominated palate. At his Peak from this bottle. I had "younger" ones. If I would drink it blind I would guess it was one of the best from the hotter 2003 vintage. 93-94

A private dinner (Restaurant taku *, Cologne, Germany): From the year that Bernhard Breuer died. Wonderfully fresh and elegant style, smoky minerals, lemon and lime, complemented by an attractive, waxy note of bottle-age, linear, excellent balance, lovely length.

Just starting to take on some toast and petroleum development that works nicely with all the piercing lime action. It is quite strict in the mouth with great line and crammed full of citrussy goodness.

Fresh and lean. Not big but very harminous and flawless.
