  A really exciting wine that has a future ahead of it still. Light gold color. Beautiful nose of salted nuts, sea brine, fresh lemon, key lime pie and green melon, some flinty, chalky notes. Punchy texture on the palate but pristine acidity - lovely balance. Dried apricot, lemon curd, green melon, the fruit is laced with saline, raw almond, peanut shell, honeycomb. Lots of flinty, mineral, chalky complexity that is really attractive. This has aged well, but there's a lot going on here, and I'd love to see what it does in three or four years. Maccabeu, Grenache Gris and Grenache Blanc.

  Esta botella no estuvo al 100%. Yo diría que mostraba algún atisbo de TCA. De color amarillo con destellos oro viejo, destacan las notas de cereal tostado, los matices minerales y algún toque de naranja de destrie. En boca tiene buen ataque, comienza untuoso pero pronto es la acidez la que domina el paso, aparece un tanto desestructurado. Persistencia media.

  Originario del Loira Olivier Pithon consigue que, sin renunciar al carácter mediterráneo, este blanco tenga una notable frescura. Fruto del ensamblaje de Maccabeu, Grenache Blanc y Gris en suelos de esquisto. Vendimia manual. 12,5% vol de alcohol. Más difícil es entender es como una vaca de Jersey, Laïs, inspiró este vino... quizás algún día tenga la oportunidad de que Olivier me lo explique. El vino muestra una fruta madura, por momentos concentrada, seductora mineralidad y matices de frutos secos e incluso algún apunte floral. En boca tiene peso y estructura, notable frescura y recupera la mineralidad. Un excelente vino que se disfruta mejor si no se sirve demasiado frío (tal vez sobre los 12/13ºC).

  Pour un blanc du sud, il a gardé de la fraîcheur et une certaine discrétion. Légèrement mentholé, il a un milieu de bouche très agréable, mais manque de longueur. Bien inférieur à la D18, qui joue dans une autre cour. Pas mal quand même, mais manque un poil de personnalité.
