  Fresh style similar to what Chenin Blanc tasted like before global warming... light on its feet, a slightly volatile acidity, white fruits - peach, nectarines. A real stunner for a hot climate white!

  Nose is peach, melon, honey, waxy and some subtle herbs. I totally get the comparison to Chenin Blanc although it has its own identity. Similar flavors on the palate, but with nice minerality, medium body, and crisp acidity. Acidity seems a little higher than the 2018 and it seems to have better structure for age. (The winemaker says this cuvee drinks well young but also ages). My guess is it can go 5-8 years from the vintage, perhaps a bit longer. Delicious, fresh, but with good depth.

  La bouche est ample, acidité rafraîchissante, amertume moyenne+, légère prise minérale, plutôt court malheureusement.
  Un peu cher pour le rendu. S’il offrait de la longueur ce serait époustouflant.

  Peach up front, salinity + waxy / honey / chenin-type notes on the core, finishes bracing on very good acidity... YUM. Delicious with seafood.
