  • I didn't care for it. I love sweet wines but this had a funny flavour compared to sweet German Rieslings. Harvest sugar 22.8 degrees brix. Residual sugar 4.0 deg. brix. A waste of $17.

  • I think this late harvest Riesling exactly fills the niche they intended. Their dry Riesling has a lovely, tremendous, crisp acid profile. The late harvest influence to this wine allows almost the same amount of crispness to be balanced by a thicker, richer, more honeyed fruit profile. It is delicious. The color is deep golden. The nose is pure Riesling with honeyed peach and nectarine. The viscosity is not thick and syrupy, they know what there are doing. A little bit of sweetness works in this situation.
