  Very, very nice minerality and metallic notes. Balanced acidity (which for a Chablis means high imho). Floral notes and a hint of underripe white fruit on the nose with a laser like “hi, I’m Chablis” note of crushed rock/oyster. Very good juice. May well get better over time.   Restrained nose though notes of banana and quince
  Rich full mouth esp for Chablis. Very enjoyable
