  The Gamay against which all others will be measured. Wipes the floor with the Beaujolais I've tasted so far.

  Sour cherries, white pepper spice, a hint of something sweet/jammy at the end. Light, ethereal. The palate aftertaste just drifts away like a cloud. Nice.

  Medium depth, ruby, clear. Moderate intensity, youthful aromas, carbonic, hint of oak. Dry, light body, smooth acidity, low level of tannins, good balance, moderate, red cherries, flavor intensity. Pleasant rather than exciting.
