  Appelé en renfort après une bouteille oxydée, il n’a pas eu l’aération qu’il mérite.
  
  Nez séduisant, de conifères et petits fruits, puis des notes de Coca Cola. De façon étonnante, il paraissait léger au premier verre. Ensuite, toute la structure proverbiale de Gevrey surgit, le vin s’insultant qu’on l’ait ainsi pris à la légère!
  
  J’étais curieux mais mal m’en pris. Le potentiel est évident, mais le vin se livre peu, les tanins sont encore bien présents. C’est bien frais et équilibré, mais il a besoin de quelques années encore, ou sinon d’une bien plus longue aération. Le dernier verre est bien sûr le meilleur, dévoilant sa race et sa profondeur minérale envoûtante.
  Revoir dans 3-5 ans, ou ouvrir 6 heures d’avance. 92++

  Dégustation amicale en distanciation sociale par Zoom (Zoom): Ouvert 6 heures d’avance et épaulé (pour le bénéfice du partage des bouteilles pour une dégustation en distanciation sociale par Zoom). Le nez est peu expressif. Par contre la bouche est exceptionnelle: notes florales et fruitées, pointe de mousse, quelques épices douces, une acidité légère à modérée mais peu d’astringence tannique, une finale très longue. Un grand vin d’une grande complexité qui vient peut-être d’entamer son plateau. Excellent!

  Single parcel of 0.4 ha. Fully Biodynamic.
  
  A(ccuracy)=2: Med bright garnet. Firm, focused varietal.
  B(alance) =2: Close-knit components. Fine but gripping tannin.
  C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, mild smoke and mineral.
  D(epth) = 2: Good length, bit austere finish.

  DIVA Burgundy Tasting (Maison Champy - Beaune): Tasting, brief note. Black plum and cherry, dark, meaty and brooding. Half whole cluster we were told and some of that spice and perfume comes through, but just faintly right now. Certainly good for its level but plenty of patience required.
