  Bottle breathe for 1 hour. Expressive nose with close, strawberry, popcorn. The palate is combination of red fruit, wood, with some complexity. Medium finishing. Very nice and hitting drinking window

  Ce vin vous transporte sans hésitation vers l’esprit d’un chapelle-chambertin grand cru, par sa complexité et sa profondeur. Au nez, vous pouvez découvrir un pinot noir aux notes de fruits rouges, de la framboise et de la griotte sont au rendez-vous. Passons à la bouche, avec un jus très précis et une belle intensité. Les tanins sont fins et fondus – surtout lorsque vous avez pu patienter un peu avant d’ouvrir ce précieux flacon -, une belle minéralité se dégage en plus d’une texture suave.
  C’est avec de la bonne viande que nous vous conseillons d’assortir ce magnifique pinot noir, un faisan rôti ou bien un chateaubriand au beurre maître d'hôtel.
