Beautifull Bordeaux red, drank over 2 evenings. Very fresh approach, great fruit with good balance and a smooth, velvety finish. Best with food. On the young side, can age for decades.

This up-and-coming estate located in the eastern sector of St.Emilion made a very tasty wine in this top vintage on the right bank. 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc planted on limestone and clay soils. A deep warm-red color, a still somewhat restrained bouquet with black fruit, chocolate and some new oak followed by a fine taste with ripe tannins, good acidity and a medium long aftertaste. Very balanced this wine can be served now (I like my wines young) but will gain more complexity over the next 3 or more years and will earn then a point more.

Decanted two hours. This is one of the few 2015 St Emilion wines that isn’t ready yet. Fruit is tart and young. It is quite thin tasting for a StE. This is probably the worst 15’s StE’s I’ve had so far. Will try in another year and hope for the best.

Drink now. Prime drinking window: mellow, smooth, deep and satisfying. Won't get better. Fine wine right now.

very very dry at the outset but interestingly, more fruit comes forward after it opens. Not a ton of complexity but pretty good price value.
