  比六个月前，感觉差不少。和Gravains一起喝的。相比，明显轻淡，花香味不像六个月前突出。四次喝掉（repour, 十天），只有第三次，酒体稍丰满一点，但是香气有点绿/金属感。酸度始终突出。

  Light, long well supported by a lovely acid backbone. Subtle flavors of red fruits. Very well balanced. Drinks like a dream.
  2nd bottle 5/4/18:
  Nice but seemed a bit muted. Maybe because it was delivered that day?
  5/19/18:
  Tried again. This one opened a bit muted and thin. But after about 40 min. it put on weight and became much more interesting, like the first bottle.
  6/3/18 (and next day):
  Like last one. Held up well, maybe even improved in the counter under vacuvin.
  9/8/18:
  Similar to the first bottle.
  2/19/19:
  Needed about 30 min to open fully. Note of iodine.
  10/30/19:
  Consistent.
