One of the top wines of the evening. Started out slow and closed, with significant pepper on the palate. A few hours later, added an incredible amount of fruit depth on the palate. A ridiculous QPR @ $9 on auction. One of the best QPR's of the year.

Somewhat offputting on opening, dry and dominated on the palate by cedar wood. After 30-45 minutes in the glass, it goes through a remarkable transition, gaining friuty weight with very nice balance, with the nose becoming highly perfumed.
