Opened at Caprice in HK. Decanted but immediately drank over lunch.
Upon decanting, there was a slight layer of spritz on the very top of the wine and a whiff of funk and reduction - but thankfully all of these blew away with air quite quickly. What this yielded was a wonderfully light coloured and beautifully aromatic wine: red fruits with some floral notes that were accentuated by its natural winemaking. Could smell this for days, it was really enjoyable.
The palate didn't quite match the nose, and there was some orangey bitterness coming through at the end. Furthermore, this didn't last too long - the aromas went after about 2 hours, and the palate started falling apart, which emphasised its acidity. Perhaps this was a product of decanting it, but also I don't feel like this is meant to be consumed over a long period - open it, enjoy and drink up with your friends.
Currently in a great spot, and will probably keep for a while. However, wouldn't hesitate to drink up if you feel the itch.

Similar to last bottle. Touch of fizz on first pour, this is a bright, transparent, very pure Poulsard. There's remarkable length yet overall quite light.

Very pale garnet red, already with brown hues, hazy. The nose, which on day one had something raw and unfinished to it, became very elegant and complex on day two, with sweet bakery, lebkuchen, overlaid on blood oranges and red fruit. Acidity-driven and light, but not lacking intensity, with a nice, savory note on the finish.

淡香,有一点坚果味。口中,有相当的酸度和一点气泡。比15好一点。

Gorgeous. Remarkable purity, complexity, and energy. Elegant notes of savory red fruits, balsamic.
