Pierre Overnoy Tasting (with many bonus bottles) (Restaurant Bak, Amsterdam, NL): After the 2004 and 2001 the style is recognisable, but this wine is very meaty and reduced on the nose, on the honeyed palate there is nice volume and ripeness, the acidity is steely, the finish is dry and minerally and leafy.
