Consistent with previous notes but much more accessible fruit on the palate, including blackberries, raspberries rhubarb, cloves, and cinnamon sticks. Drink 2020-2023. Technical score: 91. Enjoyment score: 92.

Did not decant and paired it with cedar plank wild King salmon off the grill. Juicy, vibrant, and accessible almost immediately. Round, with good weight, the fruit leans in with juicy blackberries, cherries, and rhubarb with hints of cloves, orange peel, tea, and cinnamon. Subtle traces if minerality and slate lace the finish. A distinctive blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay, I definitely look forward to my next bottles. Drink 2018-2024. Technical score: 90. Enjoyment score: 91.

Very developed but more like a CC vin ordinaire with a slight rustic note.
