  Lovely aged Riesling excellent nose and honey yet fresh tropical fruit salad with good length. Lots of life left in this wine

  Absolutely lovely wine.
  
  Colour is starting to get a touch of gold.
  Nose is lime, lemon and sherbet. You can smell the punchy acidity.
  Palate again is lemon, lime and acid dominant. Long balanced finish
  
  Hints of kero on the nose after it has been opened.
  
  Feels like a really well made wine that will turn into something even better. It will last years.

  Wigan is a consistent provider of Riesling released to market with some age. This release shows more dominant acidity than is usual but that's the vintage. Lime juice, sherbet and chalk. Faint traces of honey sweetness then the cut of the acidity takes over. Needs a little more time but already good.

  Good, yellow-green colour. Lots of lime cordial, green apple, and petrol on the nose. Still good structure on the palate, well balanced acid. Drinking well today. No rush to drink. It will hold, but will it be better?
