  A bold and complex chardonnay done well, it’s clearly top shelf stuff. Modern in a way, at least in terms of precision and cleanness. Despite its size and the noticeable heat on the finish, it has freshness and vigor, manages to be full-bodied and airy at the same time. So skillfully crafted. A nutty edge to the white and yellow fruits. It’s still not smoothened out perfectly, might become even better with a few years of aging – and offer pleasure for many more. Outstanding wine.

  Burnished gold; initially oak dominates, but mellows, spicy, power-packed; on first sip & subsequently an odd twist, then plenty of clean fruit & counter-balancing acidity, combining to provide an intensity. Forceful finish. Will drink well for a few more years.
  Needed 15 minutes to clear up bottle stink.

  Straw, bright and clear. Great intensity and liveliness. Citrus, melon, apple. No tropical notes. Long, excellent acidity. Fresh. Good value. Depth and concentration is impressive.

  Very 'typical' of new world Chardonnay BUT very well executed. I would say has a long way to go and might get more complex
