Community Tasting Notes (1) Avg Score: 94.5 points

  • This glycerin-rich, deep garnet beauty throws off initial pitched aromas of fraises des bois, blueberries, dark cherry and anise. Swirling invokes rapid scent changes to more spicy overtones, cherry liqueur, heme, violets and lightly roasted coffee. Exceptionally balanced palate of dusty notes and juicy red fruits that leave you yearning for more. It currently offers just the right amount of sweetness framed within a robust structure suitable for heavier foods, and even with limited air exposure, it's pleasure-packed from the get-go. Ample structure, substance, and finish hint at a long life ahead, but it's oh so satisfying now.
