Opened, poured an dlet sit about 40 min. Then: Dark fruit on the nose. Taste is more dark fruit, stewed, almost seems over-extracted. Some tannins there, but not an issue. Could use a bit of acidity cut through the stewed/muddled fruit. No cabernet profile. Could be some kind of generic blend from Lodi. Drinkable, but no pleasure.

Lovely the first day when coravined. Stewed fruits and port notes emerged after an hour out when second half was finished Not sure about aging potential

Opened, poured and let sit about 1/2 hr. Then: A bit of dark fruit on the nose. Taste is darkish-reddish fruit; very smooth/silky - almost too much so; tannin not an issue - maybe could use a bit more for structure; No real cab profile, but doubt it could be anything else. Very drinkable/pleasant, but without a cab profile, it ends up having a sort of generic blend taste. I'm not sure I would wait much longer to drink. Two days later, another glass and quite a different wine. Dark fruit on entry and maybe a hint of a cab profile. Then an abrupt transition to a more tannic finish. Not in balance and maybe not as pleasant to drink, but more interesting than Day 1. I have 1-2 more of these and will wait a year or so for the next one. 89 for this glass.
