  • Typical Alsatian Pinot Gris. Tropical nose, white fruits with some citrus. Nice mouthfeel, dense with good texture, palate dominated by fresh peach ,nectarine, spice with long slightly sweet finish buffered by enough acidity and minerality to provide balance. Enjoyable with Thai food and ripe cheese. Worth checking out if you like the slightly off dry style of Pinot Gris. Very primary, but with some potential that a few years in the cellar could realize.
