  • Colour: light gold, bright, clear.
Nose: q full, hint of musk, good varietal notes
Taste: med body, rounded, a touch sweet at first, quince, greengage, opulent but good acidity, med finish, dry, again quince.
Overall, has the richness of this vineyard that suggests ripeness from the heat that the name suggests. 14% ABV a factor too. 60 gr/l RS so not a shrinking violet!

Retasted after 24 hours vacuvined. Clearly beats the Gewurz from the same lieu dit.
