Just an exquisite marriage of fruit and zippy acidity. Really polished. Beware though - drink it all within two hours. Wife and I noted that what little was left after two hours just fell flat.

This is an excellent wine from the get-go that manages to combine richness of fruit with zippy acidity to create a classically-styled CDP that maintains great freshness. The finish is soft and layered and showing some maturation with lovely notes of garrigue spices and dark berry essence. Ready now but will hold.

After the Duband and the first snow I felt like opening a richer and deeper wine, good idea ! Some liquorice, spice, dark fruits, multi layered, graphite, stones, smoked meat, fun to see it changing... palate is already nicely showing, good salinity, bite, tannins are there but no overwhelming, from the sandy part of C9DP so it is not a jammy nor extracted wine, whole bunch as well, so it shows how elegance can do in that area, with length on the fruit and deep side, nothing in the cooked fruits or the tannic side... Will last a decade or more 4 sure, 91 is a bit under marked I believe...let it grow ! This estate is a new fav, and will certainly hint the stars ... well 2017 vintage 5000 bottles all together :(

Forward, medium bodied, sweet and fresh, with peppery, red fruit and luscious textures you can have fun with right away, this should drink well on release. The wine is made from blending 85% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre and an array of various AOC allowable grapes.
