Three Blind Flights Dinner (Crown Wine Cellars, Hong Kong): Straw gold colour. Fresh but fairly reticent and initially slightly oxidized nose: smoke, oak and some minerals. Palate is tart gooseberry followed by a rather flat and tired mid-palate of warm nettle leaves. Still fresh acidity on the back end a great finale. I guessed an older 1er Cru, maybe a Mersault 1995. Very impressive for a Villages wine.
