  • I love this producer! This is there mid-level red blend. On the nose: oh my! The bouquet was to die for! I wanted a candle or home scent smelling just like it: vanilla, cinnamon, oak, a hint of chocolate. Just lovely. I could smell this all night. On first taste it was a bit closed off, harsh on the tannins with high acidity, but after and hour in the decanter it opened up to some lovely blackberry and plum, with more hints of vanilla and oak. I lovely wine that paired perfect with our egg plant parmesan.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon 46%, Cabernet Franc 16%, Merlot 12%, Petit Verdot 16%, Syrah 10%

Medium body, deep ruby red. Intense black fruits and floral aroma. Plumy palate and hot, spicy finish. Rich and complex but dis-balanced, gentle acidity and moderate tannins. Food friendly, best match is grilled poultry. Serve 18º - 22º. Open about one hour in advance. Drink now and next three years.

  • A touch below the '14 vintage IMHO but still very nice. This was ready to drink with less time - maybe 15 minutes in the glass - and held up well th enext day. More food friendly than last year as well - with a touch more fruit up front and missing some of the more meaty notes of prior vintages. But overall very enjoyable.
