Garnet to dark garnet color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose seems to be giving off some volatile acidity. Perhaps some aromas of berries and camphor? Simple flavors of red berries. Medium acidity, medium tannin, medium body. Drink now. No rating only because I think it might be a touched flawed.

An interesting Turley Zin. It is restrained in style and at 15% alcohol is on the low end for Turley zins. There is a woody note throughout (Parker says "balsam" but it was hard for me to distinguish) as well as firm acids. Good.
[$38; Double decanted for about 30 minutes; served with a smoked, spicy pork tenderloin]

On the first day it was kind of flat and short palate. Next day it opened up, much better that the first day.
