Enjoyable - like a super-clean cru Beaujolais, with its juicy bubblegum fruit and ready acidity. Hints of dusky flowers and aromatic woods on the nose, and Darjeeling-meets-cranberry on the palate. The sheer weight of fruit is compensated by a bitterness on the finish. Well-made, but not exciting.

Echo the recent (Feb 2020) review - this is drinking really well right now, low tannin, nice fruit (raspberries at the front end, then a more typical grenache profile). I didn't read up on this wine before drinking and thought it was a GSM; when I figured out the M was instead cinsault things started making more sense - there's a little black tea on the palate as well. Good stuff; no need to wait any longer.

What the other guys said, minus the touch of tannin, which I can find no trace of at this stage - more of a Grenache feel to it. This is red fruited with some really nicely integrated and enticing aromatics, if a bit toned down. Some Cinsault spice and Syrah pepper at the back end and very nice acidic lift. Seamless and silky and much lighter in style than the Savage Red which is either wholly Syrah or mostly Syrah. Very nice and something to drink with some lighter fare or on its own.

Light ruby.
Strawberries/raspberries nose, fairly light.
Low tannin, not a great deal of depth, quite pleasant but not great.

Lovely stuff, though needing a little air time to get going. Focussed, clean and savoury with a touch of wildness.
