4th Saturday Brown Bagger (EBCC): Served blind to the group. Light color. Floral and stone fruit notes do not follow through on the palate, which comes off as flat.

More elegance than power, with forward notes of tropical fruit, nectarine, and cantaloupe. The purity of fruit is the star of the show, delicately balanced by a slight nutty note, and just enough acidity.

4th Saturday Group (M/M thelostverse): Double blind. Crab apple with a subtle floral element. Pear and apple fruit on the palate. Light in body, rather elegant. Guessed Alsatian riesling.

Would never have guessed Viognier blind as mint was the predominate note. Certainly not varietally correct.
