Undeniably impressive for an entry-level Nebbiolo at this highly accessible price-point. Lovely gentle scent of violets and rose petals and a touch of leather as well, and some lovely fruit at its heart. Not tannic at all, actually very silky and soft. Good balance, good length. A very presentable, enjoyable wine.

No formal notes. Firm and solidly structured, great with pasta but borderline harsh and edgy on its own. Red fruit, rosehip, menthol and leather. Firm tannins. Short aftertaste. Decent.

Tasting dinner at Barbaracca, Godalming. Limited notes. Oak vanilla nose. Juicy blackcurrant and wild strawberry. Floral nuances. Light bodied, a tad tight but nonetheless moreish. Needs one more year, then for drinking up to 6 years from vintage. Should pick up a point. 86+

A bit rough. not nearly as good the 2013 Nebbiolo d'Alba Montagliato. Probably 2013 was lucky coincidence.
