This time I disgorged it like heaven, not a hint of yeast left. Stored it vertically for 6 months or so.
This white Puro 2010 is one heavenly ambrosia. Rich, uncompromised, with lots of honey and nuts, buttery cookies. Maybe not too much pearlage, but I’m licking my lips and want to order more!

Wine on Wheels Tasting (City Winery, NYC): Salinity and funky herbs on the nose with apricots and lemon. Bright acidity and significant textural depth with lemon curd, orange marmalade, spiced tea and crust minerals. Love this.
