  Movia Puro is a sparkling Chardonnay with the lees still in the bottle. We kept the bottle inverted for months in the sleeve that comes with the bottle. After chilling for a few days, we decided to open for a New Years Day dinner. Opening the Puro is a bit tricky - the publish a YouTube video to assist customers with the technique. Submerged the neck of the bottle upside down in a basin full of cold water and eased out the cork which disgorges the lees. The key is to quickly pull it up from the water without spewing too much wine. Overall it was a successful opening - phew!
  
  Eye: slightly golden orange with light and active bubbles. Nose: floral, slight citrus, light yeast. Palate: crisp, slightly tart, medium body with lively bubbles, medium finish.
