This poured a deep gold color. The nose is is aromatic and nuanced with balanced and layered tones of nectarines, quince, apricots, Golden Grahams, red apples, toast, spiced pears, and some yellow flowers. The Full bodied feel is textured and layered with crisp, medium+ acidity that leans into a lengthy finish. This was deliciously unique. I don't think I've had a Terroir Al Limit Bianco before and had to jump at the chance.

What an interesting wine that Priorato, giving the fact we not often taste those varieties and adding the unique winemaking of D Huber...
Nose of ripe apples, almost to ripe, beer smell, pinot driven Champagne sort of lightly ox/reduction smell. Hints of spice as Curry, azafran, safran, dried yellow flowers.
palate is vibrant with a long finish, pretty big body and mouthfeel, not too fat or greasy, nice balance, no alcohol... still some light ox notes all along the palate, from start to end... A food wine !

Even better on day 2,
shows more depth and complexity, saline finish, great balance and acid, controlled power, one of the stars of mediterranean white wines to me...

Priorat wine fair 2019 (and related events); 5/2/2019-5/9/2019 (Tarragona and various places in Priorat): Moving from the entry level Historic line (which was good) to more serious stuff. Pineapple and citrus on the tongue. Much more refined than the Historic version. Nice.
