  Une première expérience pour moi avec ce producteur. C’est un produit définitivement particulier et qui n’en donne pas assez pour son prix (valeur de 100$ à la SAQ ici au Québec). Cela dit, j’ai bcp aimé l’expérience: c’est un vin extrêmement bien travaillé qui présente une belle complexité en bouche et une texture splendide. Belle évolution au courant de là soirée. On sent la macération avec la peau des raisins en bouche et dans la couleur du vin. Beau produit mais trop cher. Hâte d’essayer les cuvées moins dispendieuses!

  Fresh and well balanced with 13% abv shows more Burgundian elegance than concentrated Priorat. Made from 50-80 year old vines, a blend of equal parts of Pedro Ximenez, Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo, aged for 18 months in Austrian oak. Deep golden colour. Aroma of flint, smoke, acacia, honeysuckle, rubber hints, nutty touch. Palate is fresh and bitterish with delicate creamines, some reductive notes of kvass at the mid palate along stone fruit flavours and round mid level acidity with salty and bitter finish.
