Consumed over 2 days (vacuvined and refrigerated), note from day 2. Appearance: Clear, medium gold. Nose: Clean, medium intensity, complex aromas of bees wax, apricot, marzipan, brioche, and wet stone. Palate: Dry, medium acid, medium+ body and intensity, medium alcohol (13.0% abv), developing flavors of ginger, nutmeg, stone fruit, and wet stone with a lengthy finish. A complex and intense wine drinking at it's peak, drink now or over the next 3 years.

Both excellent and interesting - unusual combo. Pale to medium amber, punchy nose with stone fruit, citrus, caramel and tennis ball - reductive style, with great results. Medium body, medium plus finish - robust enough to stand up to fennel rubbed pork chops. Might not be for everyone, but thoroughly enjoyed by our table!

1st 2020 Wine Night @ CHL: Yellow fruits, yellow flowers, lemon, oak. Minerals and toast. Nice minty finish. Vibrant and refreshing. Ok to open now but I would give this more time to develop.

Amber color. Skin maceration? Rich and waxy. Peach and cooked apples. A different type of wine.
