  Salmon colored. Flavors of minerals, strawberry, red grapefruit and red apple skin. Good acidity, medium + bodied and a smooth textured. Quite old world in style; reminiscent of a Bandol rosé. Really lovely and restrained. The 14.2% alcohol is well-hidden in this tasty, balanced wine. 175 cases.
