  Assemblage de chenin (58%), Viognier (14%), Clairette (13%), Sémillion (7%), Roussanne (5%) et Marsanne (3%). Nez typique de cire/miel du chenin d'Afrique du sud, de la camomille et fruits exotiques ajoutent une touche plus exubérante. Clairement pas un vin pour les amateurs de rasoirs, c'est gorgé de fruit et riche et fidèle d'une acidité assez basse, un vin qui trouve surtout son équilibre dans les amers et la texture. S'il n'est pas du niveau des assemblages de Eben Sadie, c'est tout à fait agréable et d'un niveau très élevé. 92
