Belle mise en bouche!
Bien fragrant, litchi, pêche, melons et fleurs.
En bouche super vif et ample.
Des melons, du miel, du silex, des abricots et
un peu de pommes vertes.
Long en finale avec une belle allonge sapide.
Super bon encore une fois.

Reunited with an all time favourite. Still very fresh with complimentary tertiary mellowness starting to show. Citrus, summer fruit and lily perfumed. White nectarine, lime and late summer pear. Some tertiary candied citrus and apple pie now come through. The acidity and minerally edge now softens with time in glass.
Chameleon like in its complexity with the layers of changing flavour. Memorable and delicious now.
