By the glass at Wineing, Palma, Palma de Mallorca. Quite light in colour. Dark berries, earth and spice on the nose and palate, with medium-level acidity, soft tannin and very good length. Oaky, still too dominant oak influence for my personal taste, but less obviously overoaked than some of the prior vintages. Good balance and persistence. Drink young.

Drinks with much more concentration and depth than the hue would lead you to believe. Never had Mallorcan wine before - this was absolutely lovely.

Smoky, dark fruit, then opens into a Rioja-esque profile. Very good with grilled items. Cool selection.
