Golden color - nose of hay and creamy pineapple - Aromas on the palate are full of the creamy pineapple combined with some lime zest - Palate is pretty round with M+ body .. it has weight and a M level of acidity , think it could have slightly more acidity - I feel it needs food to pair with it ( had Mediterranean starters like houmous, eggplant caviar and this was a very good pairing ) - Medium length , would have liked some longer length [70% caricante, 30% catarratto]

Very decent white. Quite pleasant, better with food but good on its own too. Mineral notes with mild citrus. Dry, without being astringent, rough or too acidic. No evident malolactic nor wood. More interesting and intense than many non-chardonnay whites. Worth seeking out.

Opened this bottle today at Chin Lee Restaurant over lunch with my team mates. We had hei chor, sio bee, oyster omelette, stir fried prawns, teochew vegetables, braised goose with large intestines, cai po kuay teow, and orh nee.
Pale gold in colour, with a rounded nose of cream, vanilla, some lemon, and orange peel.
Clean and nice finish. A solid wine from a good producer.

Drank this with my best friend from the University days at SaLe Marino to celebrate a birthday. This wine was paired with cold cuts, foie gras, carbonara and snapper.
Golden in colour with a beautiful fragrance on the nose. Some zesty lemon, lime, orange peel and some minerals. Good weight and balance on the palate with a long, crisp and fresh finish.
Made from 70% Carricante and 30% Catarratto grapes, this wine from Sicily is a delight when pairing with seafood and stewed dishes.
Great wine!

Opened this wine at La Braceri with a very close colleague to celebrate a birthday.
Pale gold in colour with a very floral nose and baby cream, vanilla, and some nuts coupled with white stonefruits.
Paired this with the Vongole and Spaghetti with Sea Urchin which we had. Very elegant, satisfying. Good on its own, even better with food.
